We’re celebrating the launch of Thermapen ONE with our ONE spectacular dish cooking classes! We have teamed up with 9 internationally recognized chefs and BBQ pitmasters to give you free cooking classes on our YouTube feed. Each chef will be using Thermapen ONE to cook up ONE spectacular dish of their choice. We’ve got everyone from World BBQ Champion Tuffy Stone to Mark Bitman of the New York Times. We’ve got Jet Tilla of the Food Network and Rose Levy Bernbaum, author of the Baking Bible and Cake Bible.
